Background and rise to fame:

I began promoting under the name 'Louder Than Bombs' at Escobar, Wakefield in 2004 bringing bands such as Arctic Monkeys, The Cribs, The Enemy, The Pigeon Detectives, Kate Nash, The Wombats, Reverend and the Makers, Sunshine Underground, Late Of The Pier, Mumford and Sons and loads more to the city.

I have also promoted gigs at the Brudenell Social Club and The Faversham in Leeds, Nambucca in London and a couple at Balne Lane WMC in Wakefield including The Fall.

Guerilla Rooms upstairs at The Hop is my new home and I'm loving it as a venue. So far i've booked Jeffrey Lewis, Bear Driver, Miles Hunt, 22-20s, Howard Marks, Pulled Apart By Horses and there are more big names in the pipeline.

My record label Louder Than Bombs Records was born in 2006 and has so far released music by Piskie Sits, Sketches, The Old House, The Spills, Lapels, Sarah Williams Ali Whitten, and Jonnythefirth.
